Ado Composite Door Installation Stages

• The door frames are removed from their packages and the gaskets are cleaned with a utility knife.
• Gaskets are cut by putting them in place with the help of a roller.
• Corner jointing apparatuses are attached to their places in the case with a plastic hammer and the cases are joined.
• The frame is placed in the wall cavity with the help of a clamping wedge.
• The square is checked with a spirit level. Rosettes are screwed to the reserved places on the lower and upper corners of the wing.
• The hinges are screwed to the wing respectively, then to the frame from the bottom and top, in the specified dimensions. (The top hinge center is screwed to 250mm, the bottom hinge center is 300mm. The upper hinge frame is screwed from above so that the hinge center is 254mm.)
• The gaps between the frame and the sash are adjusted using the tensioner.
• The mounting foam is applied to the specified points (upper right/left, middle right/left, lower right/left) and allowed to dry. After drying, the foam that overflows from the frame is cut and cleaned with the help of a nail cutter.
• Lock and lever are mounted in their ready positions on the wing.
• The striker is screwed into place on the frame.
• The length of the sill and the upper part of the sill should be dimensioned and cut according to the application point.
• The cut moldings are placed in their places on the frame with the help of a plastic hammer.
