The door surface, also known as the door panel, which is the main component of the door, comes in different colors and prints and has thicknesses of 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. After the tree spars (skeleton) are assembled, they are prepared as kraft paper, school filler or lathed (with rows of tree spars in the middle), glued to the door panel and given to the press. Finally, the edge bands are drawn and ready by dimensioning the width and length.

Doors that are produced in many types of door surfaces and models today; It is separated by names such as melamine, highgloss, lacquer, composite, american etc. Door surface material is mdf. The type is determined by the material coated on it. When it is produced as raw, it is called lacquered door, melamine or highgloss surface is pressed, or composite material is pressed and called composite door. The endoskeleton structure is the same in all of them. However, the durability of the door varies according to the quality of the material used.

With UV Lacquer applied to its surface, it becomes resistant to water, scratches and sun. The fact that the door surface is a natural material makes you feel the exact state of the wood.
